National Shame

I have never had this opportunity or any compulsive reason before this to take time out and write this and post it on my blog. As most of the middle andupper middle class people of India who are busy trying to meet their professional and social timelines I too have been embroiled in the same rat race.
The present turmoil India is going through courtesy our lawmakers and their machinations has egged me on to start this journey. I do not know how many would walk this path with me but I am going to do every possible thing as a person who loves his country and who cannot sit and watch the whole tamasha.
Who was it who had said " the people deserve the kind of leaders they get"? Was it Churchil ? or G B Shaw? or whoever it was, he had understood the polity well. We people, especially the working middle class, the professional, the more well read and educated can do everything to turn any organisation upside down to achieve its objectives but fail miserably at changing the state of affairs of the Affairs of the State of our nation.
We do not like to vote because..... koyi faida nahin.... ultimately faida is for the biggest hooligan, murderer, thief and the anti-social element to be labelled socially most acceptable by getting elected. Now look where we are and what they are doing to our country. Each one of them. Do you think anything can be done? Do you feel cheated? Do you feel the pain? Most of all, do you feel like doing something? Then get up and write your heart out and let us set objectives for ourselves to rid India of continuous slavery.
For Saving India
